This Contact Form is an example of a new Forms module form for v2.1.1!  It demonstrates some of the new features like 'placeholder' to display some sample text in an text box.  It also demonstrates input highlighting such as a blue glow for the focused control, or a red glow for a required entry which is not yet filled in.

This form is typically used to provide your website visitors with an easy method of getting in touch with you.  Data entered into a form can be saved in the database and/or emailed to selected addresses.
